Cancellation Timeline
Processing Time
- Cancellation requests processed within 24-48 hours
- Refund processing takes 7-14 business days
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional 3-5 days
- Credit card refunds appear in 1-2 billing cycles
- Processing fees are non-refundable in all cases
Refund Methods
- Refunds processed to original payment method
- Bank transfer for cash payments with account details
- Travel credits available for future bookings
- Partial refunds for group bookings handled individually
- Third-party booking fees are non-refundable
Special Circumstances
- Medical emergencies with valid documentation
- Natural disasters or government travel restrictions
- Visa rejection with proper documentation
- Flight cancellations by airlines (full refund)
- Force majeure events beyond our control
Important Notes
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer portal.
• Cancellation fees are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation request.
• Peak season bookings (December-January, April-May) may have different cancellation terms.
• Group bookings (10+ people) are subject to special cancellation terms discussed at booking.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
