Booking Terms & Conditions
Important terms and conditions for booking your travel packages with BMT Holidays.
By booking with BMT Holidays, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations. These terms form a binding contract between you and BMT Holidays.
Booking Process
- All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment or full payment
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
- Valid passport required for international destinations (minimum 6 months validity)
- Visa requirements are customer's responsibility unless specified otherwise
- Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings
Payment Terms
- Advance payment: 25-50% of total cost at time of booking
- Balance payment due 15 days before departure date
- Payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI
- All payments are subject to processing fees as applicable
- Foreign exchange rates may vary for international bookings
Group Bookings
- Group bookings (10+ people) eligible for special discounts
- Group leader responsible for collecting payments from all members
- Separate terms and conditions apply for group bookings
- Room sharing arrangements to be specified at time of booking
- Group itinerary changes subject to additional charges
Terms & Conditions
- Prices subject to change without prior notice until booking confirmation
- Hotel check-in time: 2:00 PM, Check-out time: 12:00 PM (standard)
- Itinerary changes due to weather/local conditions at operator's discretion
- Customer responsible for personal belongings and valuables
- BMT Holidays not liable for delays due to natural calamities or strikes
Travel Requirements
- Arrive at departure point 30 minutes before scheduled time
- Carry valid photo ID proof for domestic travel
- International travelers must carry passport and valid visa
- Medical fitness certificate may be required for adventure activities
- Age restrictions apply for certain activities and destinations
Liability & Responsibility
Force Majeure: BMT Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or pandemics.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Health & Safety: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel and have received necessary vaccinations for their destination.
